Agreement to these terms

By using our website or requesting or receiving our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request or receive services.

Who we are

WPRIME Cleaning Group LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our website is wprimecleaning.com.

Estimates are not binding

An online estimate request is not a booking or a contract. Written estimates are valid for 30 days. The final price may change if the actual condition, size, or scope differs from what you described. WPRIME will tell you before doing extra work.

Service agreements

Services are confirmed in writing, including by email. If a written service agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.

Your responsibilities

Provide safe access at the scheduled time, working water and electricity, and secure pets. Put away or tell us about valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and fragile, antique, or irreplaceable items. Tell us about hazards, including mold, pests, bodily fluids or other biohazards, and structural issues. WPRIME may decline or stop work it reasonably believes is unsafe.

Services we do not provide

Unless agreed in writing, we do not provide biohazard, mold, or hazardous-material remediation; move heavy furniture or appliances; perform work requiring more than a standard step ladder; or clean exterior windows above the ground floor.

Damage and claims

Report any damage or missing item in writing within 48 hours of service, with photos. WPRIME will investigate and, if responsible, may choose to repair, replace, or reimburse, up to the lesser of the repair cost or the item’s actual cash value. WPRIME is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items not properly secured or installed, or high-value items such as cash, jewelry, art, or collectibles that were not disclosed beforehand.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless your written agreement says otherwise. WPRIME may charge a returned-payment fee as permitted by Florida law and may suspend future service for unpaid balances.

Communications

By submitting the estimate form, you agree that WPRIME may contact you by phone call or email about your request. WPRIME does not use the form for marketing and does not send marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use of the website

Use the website for genuine inquiries only. Do not submit malicious content, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or use another person’s contact details.

Intellectual property

Site content and the WPRIME name and logo are owned by WPRIME Cleaning Group LLC. You may not reuse them without written permission. Photos on the site are illustrative and do not show specific client properties.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WPRIME MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WPRIME IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. WPRIME’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR A SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID WPRIME FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF THE CLAIM RELATES ONLY TO WEBSITE USE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER FLORIDA LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WPRIME against claims arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or inaccurate information you provide.

Resolving disagreements

Contact us first in writing about a disagreement. Both sides agree to try to resolve it informally for 30 days before filing a claim. Either side may use small claims court.

Governing law and venue

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except for small claims, exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. These terms, any written service agreement, and the policies linked in the footer form the entire agreement. WPRIME may assign this agreement. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Changes do not apply retroactively to services already confirmed.
