Who we are and scope

WPRIME Cleaning Group LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our website is wprimecleaning.com. This policy covers this website and estimate requests.

Information we collect

We collect what you enter in the estimate form. Your name and phone number are required; company, email, property or service type, and message are optional. We also process technical data needed to run and protect the site, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, and a spam check result from Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not ask for payment details, date of birth, Social Security numbers, or detailed street addresses on the site. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your request and prepare an estimate, provide and improve service, protect the site from spam and abuse, and comply with law. We do not use it for marketing without separate consent.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers only for these purposes: Cloudflare for hosting via Cloudflare Workers, security, and the Turnstile spam check; Resend to send the request email; and Squarespace/Mailgun for email forwarding. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

How long we keep information

Estimate-request emails are delivered to bill@wprimecleaning.com and quotes@wprimecleaning.com and kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer. If you become a customer, we keep information as long as needed for the service relationship and legal or tax records. Short-lived security records contain network-address digests for approximately 10 minutes and request digests for approximately 24 hours, with no readable form fields. Site logs keep only email-delivery event types and message IDs for up to 3 days.

Security

We use HTTPS, restrict inbox access, and keep data to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing quotes@wprimecleaning.com. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. We may keep information when the law requires it.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us to have a child’s information deleted.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The site does not track you across sites, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by default.
